check in and print their boarding passes on
ba.com.
Customers who have printed an online
boarding pass must now visit a British Airways
agent at a Check-in desk or at the Fast Bag Drop
at the airport before proceeding to security, even
if they are not checking in baggage. This new
procedure has been put in place to comply with TSA
security regulations, and will be in effect until
further notice.
Customers will now see the following message
when printing their own boarding pass: "In
order to comply with security regulations, all
customers holding a boarding pass printed online
are required to see a British Airways agent prior
to passing through the security checkpoint. Please
visit the British Airways Fast Bag Drop or any
British Airways Check-in desk to complete these
formalities."
