Farewell, Airline Ticket Taxes
Feb. 23, 2007 - Great news for frequent fliers: FAA is planning to do away with the decades-old system of airline ticket taxes. The bad news: The FAA wants to replace these taxes with a more complicated combination of user fees and taxes in order to upgrade the nation's aging air traffic control system. And because the new system is based on fluctuating costs, it is not known exactly how much this would affect ticket prices.

Passport Rules Eased For Kids
