Getting The Most From Travel-On

Periodic Review Of Your Corporate Travel Policy
A written travel policy can help remove arbitrary decision making as to what travel is required, what expenses are reimbursed and how the employee and his supervisor balance the need for travel with the budget of their department. And a regular review of this policy, with your travel management company, will insure that you are netting the greatest return on your travel expenditures.

If you do not currently have a travel policy, or wish to schedule a review, Travel-On can help. We can offer suggestions and help you establish parameters, based on industry-specific benchmarks.

We welcome you to download our sample corporate travel policy and fill in the variables (red text) with information that fulfills your company requirements. If you need help, clarification or suggestions regarding this document, please call or email Dave Cahan, Travel-On's Vice President at 240-387-4141 or email at dcahan@tvlon.com.
