Getting The Most From Travel-On

Travel-On offers many services to help make your trip as trouble free as possible. You may not be familiar with all of these services that are at your disposal. Check this spot each week for tips on how to use these services.

Helping Travel-On Help YOU, Our Customer Service Survey

Travel-On wants to exceed your service expectations each and every time you use our services. Customer feedback is one of the most direct and effective means that we have to determine if we are meeting or exceeding your expectations. It is so important to us that every itinerary/invoice has a link to our on-line feedback form. Your use of the tool will help us target problem areas within Travel-On and with vendors such as an airline or hotel that is not performing to our standard. The forms are also a way that we identify and reward superior agent performance.

We welcome kudos and concerns, three words or three hundred words. All of your feedback is carefully reviewed and given the appropriate attention and action that it deserves.

Filling out our survey will help us give you better service the next time you fly; but in case that’s not incentive enough, Travel-On would like to encourage your participation by offering a reward.

All customer feedback forms received by August 17 will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $300.00 travel certificate on United Airlines.
