the government that works like a passport only it's cheaper and fits
in your wallet. It's called the Passport Card, and beginning February
1 people can start applying for it at the same places you apply for
passports.

Jan. 18, 2008 - Tighter travel rules for federal employees appear to
be in the works. A memorandum by the Office of Management and Budget
asks the heads of agencies to ensure that travel rules are being followed
