The East Coast is expecting a severe winter snow storm this weekend. Our 24-hour Traveler Emergency Service is prepared for the heavier call volume. Please anticipate longer than normal hold times as they assist on-the-road travelers who may be stranded or in need of other emergency assistance, and if at all possible, limit your use of the service to emergencies that effect weekend or early Monday morning travel that may be effected by the storms.

If your company is set up for online bookings, remember that you can access and change your reservations online. And be sure that you have signed up for Flight Stats Notifications in your online profile. This will allow you to quickly receive automatic and early notification about any changes to your flights.
