Power Outages Caused by Sunday's Storms Shut Down Many in the Area - Our offices were open and our agents were in the office and assisting our clients!!

More than 300,000 Pepco customers in Maryland and the District of Columbia, including Travel-On, lost power after thunderstorms on Sunday. Unlike many area business, who closed up and went home, our employees were in the office and working under generator power to assist our clients! While we weren’t completely in the dark, it was hot with no air conditioning. We’re proud of our employees!

Continental tests 'self-boarding' at Houston airport

American adds three American Eagle routes from New York JFK

American Airlines will add service from its New York JFK hub to three new destinations. The flights -- to Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Norfolk -- will be operated by subsidiary American Eagle on 50-seat Embraer 145 regional jets. EU Clears United Airlines, Continental To Merge

United Airlines parent UAL Corp (UAUA.O) won unconditional EU regulatory approval on Tuesday for its $3.17 billion buy of Continental Airlines Inc (CAL.N) that will create the world's largest carrier. Read more

Frontier, Delta airlines pulling out of Aspen
