Mexicana
Stops Issuing Tickets
Effective
immediately, Mexicana Airlines will no longer be
issuing international flight tickets. They will continue
to operate domestically (within Mexico). All outstanding
flights that have been issued by Mexicana will be
honored and remain valid.
Mexicana Airlines' (MX) has filed for bankruptcy
protection in the U.S. and Mexico and announced Wednesday
that it has suspended all ticket sales until further
notice. However, Mexicana also assured that it will
continue flight operations as scheduled for ticketed
passengers. For more information and updates, please
see Mexicana's
Web site.
