Important Notice - Travel Season to Brazil
Due to the upcoming busy travel season at the Brazilian Consulates, we recommend that travelers apply for their visas as early as possible to allow for any possible delays. All third party service providers are allowed a limited number of inventory slots which creates a significant challenge during the high season. We're encouraging all travelers to apply early because this is the most popular time of the year to visit Brazil as thousands of travelers are beginning the visa application process.

Reminder for Business Travelers to Canada
Canada requires travelers, such as US citizens, who do not require a visa to still adhere to the following:

  • Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
  • Hold proof of sufficient funds
  • Hold proof of onward/return flights
  • Hold all documents required for the next destination
  • Provide a Business Cover Letter from your U.S. based company, stating the purpose of your visit to Canada, the duration of stay and the name, address and phone number of your Canadian contact(s).

Note: This is a long standing requirement; the Canadian Border Services Agency makes the determination based on many factors as to when it is enforced. A sample business cover letter can be found on the information kit for Canada on Travel-On / CIBT's website.
