Venezuela will shift its time zone forward 30 minutes in order to save electricity and ease a power shortage on May 1st.

The London Marathon 2016 is schedule to start at 10:00 on Sunday, 24 April. A number of streets and roads will be closed causing traffic disruptions. Extra security will be in place.

Authorities are likely to close roads near the national stadium complex for the World Rugby Sevens Series tournament April 16-17. Tens of thousands of fans are expected to attend the tournament and the large concerts and public events near the stadium complex during the weekend.
