Workers at Virgin Trains East Coast in Edinburgh will stage a 1-day strike on April 3rd. Services between Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, and London will be affected.

The anti-war group “No to Bases” has called on supporters to stage demonstrations across the Czech Republic March 28-April 1 to oppose US military convoys transiting through the country. The main rally is planned for Wenceslas Square in Prague on March 28th. Expect traffic delays and increased security.
