Who is responsible for the accuracy of government hotel rates booked through Travel-On?

All rates – air, car, hotel, rail, etc. – are sold from inventory loaded by the vendor and the vendor bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the rates. Very occasionally a hotel (or airline, car vendor, etc.) will make a mistake in loading their rates. When this happens some vendors will chose to honor the rate and some will not. Largely it depends on the number of tickets or rooms or cars confirmed at the incorrect rate and how far off it is from the correct amount.
