I had absolutely no problem at the AA counter in the airport, took them just 5 min, and my seat was 22C.\u00a0 You did magic finding me that seat and guided me through this horrid process.\u00a0 In fact, without you, it would have been just endless misery.\u00a0 I am not sure how I missed your last call last night, but the voice message from you pinged just as I was done with the agent at AA counter.\u00a0 Other people were there for 30-40 min trying to figure things out.
