Automated Quality Control System

QC Check™ enables Travel-On to offer our clients quality controls and reports that are based on reservation data (pre-trip, not ticketed data). Travel-On QC Check™ provides our clients with economical and error-free travel, along with the ability to search out preferred fares, seats and flights.

Travel-On QC Check™ checks over 30 items in every reservation record for your corporate policy compliance and accuracy to assure error-free reservations. Travel-On QC Check™ updates your pre-travel data and historical data files and generates informative cost-savings reports BEFORE you travel and incur an unnecessary cost.

iBank Online Reporting

iBank™ is Travel-On’s web-based travel management reporting module designed to address the needs of our customers. iBank™ uses our Global Reservation and our Quality Control Systems to gather bookings and then sends this information via the Internet to our secure iBank™ server. Once the data is received by our iBank™ server, the information is loaded and immediately available for up to the minute reporting from the World Wide Web twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, around the world. Ticket Tracker

Travel-On’s TicketTracker is an automated ticket reporting system that tracks and identifies unused portion of your traveler’s ticket for credit towards future flights. TicketTracker automatically reports on credits available, status of unused coupons, and explanation dates including the automatic scheduling and delivery of reports via email. Detailed and customized reports are available from our iBank web based reporting site. The system also notifies the traveler via an email indicating the credits available for any unused portion of an electronic ticket.

Rearden Commerce Personal Assistant

Rearden Personal Assistant is a fast, effective on-line reservation tool delivering best-price ticketing and scheduling. The technology behind this tool ensures that corporate travel policies are honored, preferred carrier contracts are implemented, and personal preferences are taken into account.

Private Fares

Private Fares is a FocalPoint™ pricing product that allows Travel-On to store detailed pricing information for negotiated airfare discounts in the reservation system. Using the Private Fares database, agents will automatically be privy to any and all discounted rates that have been negotiated on behalf of your company. These discounts will be accessible to agents in our Apollo Reservation system with the use of a simple entry. There is no need to maintain or manage a paper-based file.

Reservation Scripts

Reservation scripts play an important role, by automating 70% of the reservation entry and reducing keystrokes by 55%. The scripts are used at point-of-sale, while on the phone or working with a client at the desk. By offering useful scripts, agents can forget the long, tedious formats required and can concern themselves with client service. Our scripts prompt agents to verify that the lowest airfare and preferred rates for hotel and car rentals were utilized. In the case of non-compliance, each exception is noted in the reservation file and captured in the weekly exception reports that are available both pre- and post-trip. Scripting not only reduces the cost of travel processing but also ensures data accuracy for back-end travel expense management.
