Important Notice

All new users MUST set up an account and complete a traveler profile
before using Travel-OnLine™.

You are encouraged to use this booking tool for simple, round-trip domestic travel. Complex itineraries, international itineraries, and company meeting travel, should continue to be booked directly with Travel-On.

Travel-OnLine™ does have the ability to review and reserve web-only fares, but does not check fares for Southwest, AirTran and SunCoast airlines. Travel-On is currently planning upgrades and enhancements to its system, and we will update you on developments in this area. When convenient and cost effective, you can book these tickets directly with a Travel-On agent.

Amtrak

Currently Travel-OnLine™ does not have the functionality to process Amtrak reservations. If you need to purchase an Amtrak ticket, you must contact an agent directly. We expect Amtrak reservation functionality to be added as an enhancement to the Travel-OnLine™ product in the near future.

Cancel Reservations

Airline policies regarding non-refundable tickets may vary. Unused, non-refundable tickets may be be applied toward the purchase of a new, non-refundable ticket, typically for a period of a year. Airline imposed ticket exchange fees still apply. Most major airlines require that you cancel a ticketed, non-refundable reservation at least one hour prior to flight time.

If you cancel a ticketed reservation using Travel-OnLine™, you must :

1. Cancel the reservation at least one hour prior to flight time.
2. Contact Travel-On to rebook the reservation and process the ticket exchange prior to the originally scheduled departure time/date.

Ticket Exchanges

Currently Travel-OnLine™ does not have the functionality to process ticket exchanges. If you need to exchange an airline ticket previously booked on Travel-OnLine™ OR previously purchased through Travel-On, you must contact an agent directly. Do not use Travel-OnLin™e to request an exchange. We expect ticket exchange functionality to be added as an enhancement to the Travel-OnLine™ product in the near future.

Car / Hotel Reservations Only (No Airline Flights)

Please be advised that all reservations made on the Travel-OnLine site will be subject to the applicable online service fee. This includes requests for car and/or hotel reservations only (no airline flights in the reservation).
