Travel-OnLine™- Manage
Your Traveler Profiles and Book Online
Important:
- All travelers must be registered with
Travel-OnLine™ and complete a traveler profile in
order to access the online profile and booking system.
- All travel coordinators must be registered
as travel coordinators to manage online traveler profiles.
- The profile data provided will be used for any traditional
or online booking.

NEW
USERS:
Follow the steps below. The process is not
difficult, but there is a number of different sections, and
you must follow the directions precisely in order to successfully
complete your traveler profile. We recommend you to print
this page for reference purposes when you're ready to
proceed.

Tip: If
your personal profile information is not readily accessible
for completion of your online profile, we suggest you
print a copy of our "Profile
Worksheet". Travelers and travel arrangers may
find this worksheet helpful to gather all necessary
personal data prior to going online and submitting the
actual document.
Tip: Your business email address is
your user ID.
Tip: Your password must be at least
5 characters long. Password is case sensitive and can
also be changed at anytime under the "My
Tools" section.

Step 1: Register with Travelport
- Click on the "Create New Profile"
link on your travel program web site. (If you do not know
the unique Travel-On website for your company, click
here and the information will be emailed to you).
- You will be taken to "Request Access to
Travelport / New Account Set Up" page.
This page requests the minimum information required in order
to grant you access to the Travel-OnLine™ booking
system. You must enter your
business email address on this page. Your business email
address will serve as your user ID. Your
password must be at least 5 characters
in length. It can be any combination of letters or numbers.
Complete the entire registration page and click “SAVE”
- You will see a "Registration Confirmation"
page. Click on "Go to Travelport".
- You will see the "Log in to Travelport"
page. Enter your user ID (your business email) and
your password and click "Go".
- Upon your first time log in, you will be prompted to
"Accept Terms and Conditions".
Click "OK".
- You will be prompted to change your password.
At this prompt, you do not need to change your password.
If you prefer to keep your original password, enter it in
all of the boxes as requested. If you prefer to change your
password, enter your new password in the boxes.You will
get a page confirming your password has been changed and
be able to continue. Click “GO”.
- You will now be directed to the "Traveler
Details" section of your online profile. Continue
to Step 2.

Step
2: Enter Basic Profile Information
- "Traveler Details: profile for (YOUR NAME)"
will appear. Provide the basic profile information in this
section. Enter your name, address, phone, emergency, and
passport information.
- Every profiled traveler has the option of adding two other
individuals who can be copied in on their travel reservations.
Simply
scroll down to "Ticket and Document Delivery
Options" and add the e-mail addresses for
any other individuals who should be copied on your reservations/changes.
- Please make sure that Items marked with (*) are
completed before you click "Save".
You will get an acknowledgment that your basic profile changes
have been accepted.
- Click on "Return to profile master menu"
(see bar on the top, right). Continue to Step 3.

Step
3: Manage Your Personal Profile
This page shows ALL components of your profile. Select any
traveler profile components for editing.

Tip: Remember
to click "Save" button
after completing each section.
Tip: Click on "Return
to profile master menu" to access
different components of your traveler profile. |
Traveler Details - Enter your name, address,
phone, emergency, and passport information .
- Credit Cards - Enter credit card information
for business and personal use.
Note: If your company uses
a corporate ghost card for your airline tickets, then you
only need to complete the information indicating the credit
card(s) that you want to use for Car, Hotel Guarantee, and
to purchase WebFares.
- Travel Preferences - Enter your airline,
seating, hotel and car preferences.
- Membership Programs - Enter frequent
flier and incentive program information.
- Change Password - Change your sign-in
password or your password hint.
- Print Traveler Profile - Print all or
part of your traveler profile.
- Assign Travel Coordinators - Manage Traveler
& Travel Coordinator authorizations and "book
on behalf of" permissions.
Note: Travel Coordinators must be registered in Travel
OnLine™ as travel coordinators, before you can select
them to book on your behalf. Please
contact Travel-OnLine support for more information.

Edit
/ Review Profile
If you have been registered with Travel-OnLine™, you
may add, delete, or change any piece of personal information
stored.
- Go to your travel program web page and click "Edit
/ Review Profile" link. Log in with your user
ID (your business email) and your password to enter Travel-OnLine™.
- If this is your first time
log in you will be prompted to "Accept
Terms and Conditions". Click "OK".
- You will be prompted to change your password.
If you prefer to keep your original password, enter it in
all of the boxes as requested. If you prefer to change your
password, enter your new password in the boxes.You will
get a password changed confirmation page. Click “GO”.
- You will now be directed to the "Traveler
Details" section of your online profile. Continue
to Step 2.
- If this is not your first
time log in, simply click on the "Profile
Manager" under the "My Tools".
"Manager Your Personal Profile"
page appears. (See Step 3)

Book
Online (Reservations, Fares, and Schedules)
If you have been registered with Travel-OnLine™, you
may log in with your user ID (your business email) and your
password to book online, check schedules and fares.

Please go to your company travel program web page and go
to Reservations > Online Booking.
- Enter your user ID (your business email) and
your password and click "Go".
- Please take a few minutes to review the "Wecome
Page", "Headline News" and "Important
Notice". Also explore the items under "My
Tools", "My Links" and "References".
- Online Tutorial is a great help for new
users for a full understanding of the booking system and
tools.
