Profile: UMBC travelers
who wish to use online self-booking system are required
to complete online traveler profile. Please read the
Travel-OnLine™
First Time User Guidelines prior to registration.
IMPORTANT: All users MUST register for
a user ID and password before using Travel-OnLine™.
Users are required to create a traveler profile after registration.
Booking Online:
It is recommended that simple roundtrip travel should be book
online. Comlex itineraries should be booked through UMBC travel
team.
Note: Travel-OnLine™ provides
a secure server using the technology of Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) encryption. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
and Netscape Navigator 6.0 or higher recommended.
Other browser versions are not recommended. Important

No airline discounts are available at this time.
Car Rental Corporate Program
The UMBC has corporate programs with Avis, Budget,

The UMBC offers a discount program with Amtrak
that provides university rates for Acela Express business
class and metroliner coach travel between designated travel
