The
official and personal travel needs of the University faculty, staff
and students are handled by Travel-On's University Travel Service
Team.
Toribia Rojas, The University Travel Team Leader
Toribia has been in the travel business for over 20 years and
has worked in many aspects of the business from accounting to leisure
travel to official travel. Toribia has been managing the University
of Maryland travel program since 1994. Prior to joining the University
of Maryland team, Toribia worked on the George Washington University
account. Nancy Owens, The University Travel
Counselor
Nancy has been in the travel business for over 21 years
and has been with Travel-On for the past 6 years servicing the University
of Maryland travelers. Nancy has serviced Government departments
such as Defense, Transportation and Justice, the Mitre Corporation,
the American Red Cross.
Bronwyn Zurla, The University Travel Counselor
Bronwyn has been in the travel industry for over 16 years.
Bronwyn joined Travel-On in 2002 and has primarily supported the
university team accounts as well as serviced various corporate accounts.
Jennie Hendrickson, International Travel Team Leader
Jennie has been in the travel industry since 1985. Jennie has extensive
reservation experience in worldwide travel. She is extremely familiar
with the ins and outs of travel to remote destinations requiring
unique booking procedures. She has worked with consolidators/wholesale
ticket brokers to procure reasonably priced reservations for her
clients. In addition to her International Travel Team Leader’s duties,
Jennie also provides in-house international travel training to other
Travel-On agents. Jennie is also Travel-On’s international rate
desk specialist.
Claudia Blaha, International Travel Counselor
Claudia has been in the industry since 1972. Claudia has extensive
experience in the area of international travel. She is familiar
with all documentation requirements, routing principles, tariffs
and fare construction. She has researched and booked global travel,
including remote destinations requiring unique booking procedures.
She has worked with consolidators and wholesale ticket brokers to
procure reasonably priced reservations for her clients, in addition
to booking published fares.
Carina Griiser, International Travel Counselor
Carina has been in the travel industry since 1996. Her area
of expertise in corporate and business travel including all aspects
of air, car and hotel bookings, and her extensive experience in
servicing MCI, and Black and Decker, bring invaluable resources
to the University team at Travel-On. |
