We wish to thank our agents and staff who voluntarily worked through the weekend to ensure our travelers were safe. Amidst more than 10,000 flight cancellations and 2+ hour airline hold times, our agents proactively contacted travelers to reaccommodate them ahead of the storm, worked with airline reps to have additional cities added to the waiver lists, found hotels for people without power at home, and followed up to be sure travelers made it to their destinations safely.
